    1. Thanks so much for the invite, Nicolle! I’ll definitely go check out the party! And thanks for stopping by. Happy short post-holiday-weekend week! 🙂

  1. I tried this when you shared the recipe after your fabulous birthday party , it’s delicious!
I did cheat and purchase a balsamic glaze , finding ripe strawberries makes all the difference.

  2. Looks delicious ! I will make these for my daughters High School graduation open house. Question, pic looks like baguette was toasted? recipe doesn’t say anything about toasting

    1. Hi Paul – oh these would be perfect for a graduation open house! I honestly don’t remember if they were toasted or not, but I bet they’d be good both ways. If you do toast them I think a little olive oil brushed on, then under the broiler till they brown up would be all you’d need. I should probably do a taste test just to see which way is best! ???? Thanks for the great question, and let me know how you decide to do them and how they go over. Congrats to your daughter!

  3. Oh Yummm! This is a definite MUST TRY! I’ve done a similar idea from Ina Garten with whipped feta and tomato, but this is the perfect summertime alternative!
